Mission: Procurer des ressources et de former les membres d’Église à unir leurs efforts à ceux des pasteurs et des officiants de l’Église à participer à la proclamation finale de l’Évangile du salut en Christ.
L’objectif: Préparer chaque membre à un service actif de gain d’âmes pour Dieu.
MÉTHODES ET ACTIVITÉS
Le département des Ministères personnels s’est spécialisé, à mettre en place certaines méthodes de gain d’âmes, bien qu’il ne soit en aucune manière limité à ces seules méthodes
• Distribution de publications
• Études bibliques
• Organisation et développement de programmes de service communautaire de l’Église, y compris la société de Dorcas
• Organisation et développement du programme de la collecte annuelle
• Gestion de l’École biblique par correspondance
• Coopération avec le département de l’École du sabbat à organiser et mettre en place des classes de l’École du sabbat

Goal: Enlist each member in active service for the winning of souls for God.
METHODS AND ACTIVITIES
The Personal Ministries Department of the local church has historically specialized in certain methods of soul winning, although the department is not limited in any way to just these methods:
- Distribution of literature
- Bible studies
- Organization and development of programs for the community service of the church, including the Dorcas Society
- Organization and development of the annual ingathering campaign
- Operating the correspondence Bible school
- Cooperating with the Sabbath School Department in the organization and running of the Sabbath school classes
